CESCE is the leader of a group of companies offering comprehensive commercial credit management solutions in Europe and Latin America. CESCE is also the Spanish export credit agency (ECA) managing export credit insurance on behalf of the Spanish State.

In 2018 Standard&Poors upgraded CESCE’s long-term rating from BBB+ to A-, with stable outlook.

The rating agency considers that CESCE has a strong business profile based on its solvency capital exceeding AAA and its impressive results.

S&P's conclude that our outlook is stable, expect our competitive position to be satisfactory and predict our capital and income to stay moderately high over the next two years. They also highlighted CESCE’s position in the national credit and sureties market.

Mission

We encourage the steady and long term growth of our customers providing intelligent commercial credit management solutions encompassing the entire business value chain – market prospecting, management and transfer of risk, access to funding – and surety and guarantee solutions to help you tackle new projects and business ventures.

We honour our public obligation as managers of export credit insurance on behalf of the State with technical rigour, professional expertise and in strict compliance with applicable regulations, fully geared to support the internationalisation process of Spanish companies.

Vision

We aim to consolidate our position as the institution providing the best support for companies that sell on credit to other companies by designing innovative solutions, which will always give us a conceptual and technological cutting edge over our competitors. We also aim to become the company of reference in the market for the quality of our services, the opportunities for professional and personal development we offer our employees and our commitment to society.
