CESCE has a stake of 51.78%, while the remaining shareholders are the world?s leading insurance group, Munchener Rück (19.5%), and the two principal Spanish banks, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) and Santander (both with 14.36%).
