This LEGAL NOTICE regulates the use of all the websites listed in the section “CESCE WEBSITES” (hereafter “the Websites”), property of COMPAÑÍA ESPAÑOLA DE SEGUROS DE CRÉDITO A LA EXPORTACIÓN, S.A. CÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS (SME) (hereafter CESCE) with registered address in Velázquez, No. 74 - 28001 Madrid, contact email: email@example.com and that was registered in the Madrid Business Register, General Volume 597, Folio 1º, Sheet M-12.777, Inscription 157.
For its Insurance activity, CESCE is subject to the supervision of The Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds and registered in the Special Registry of Insurance Companies with No. C-516.
The Websites of CESCE offer information, access to content and news about company activities and, specifically, about products and services offered by CESCE.
WEBSITE CONDITIONS OF USE
The use of “the Websites” assigns the condition of Portal user (hereafter, the User) and implies acceptance of all the conditions listed in this Legal Notice.
The User must read these provisions, to which the use of the service is subject, carefully. Furthermore, the User accepts being subject to any other particular conditions, regulations or instructions communicated by CESCE that, as applicable, substitute, complement or modify these provisions and/or regulate the use of the Websites. The user shall assume all the expenses, costs and liabilities that may arise from processes launched against them for breach of the provisions of this Legal Notice.

The User undertakes to use the Websites in accordance with the provisions of this Legal Notice. CESCE shall in no event be liable for the damages that an erroneous or improper use of its contents may cause the User for themselves or in their relations with third parties, it being the sole and exclusive liability of the User of the Websites.
The Websites contain general information about the activities conducted and the products and services developed by CESCE.
The User of the Websites undertakes not to use the same or their content in a manner contrary to the provisions of the current applicable legislation.
The name and the access key provided to the User for access to particular services are personal and non-transferable, for the exclusive use of the User and allow their perfect identification, as well as access to the Portal or to particular services of the same. The User undertakes to adopt the necessary measures to safeguard the confidentiality of their identification keys, being solely responsible for their appropriate use.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
TAll the content of the Websites, which is understood to include but is not restricted to, the graphic design of the web page, its source code, the menus, navigation buttons, HTML code, Java applets and Java script, the Active X controls, the texts, images, textures, graphics, Country Risk database and its files, as well as any other content of the Websites are the intellectual property of CESCE or the latter has the required authorisation.
The User acknowledges that none of the rights of exploitation (reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation) recognised by the current legislation on intellectual property correspond to them in relation to said Contents, except where strictly necessary for the use of the Websites and while said use is authorised.
The logos, brands, commercial names and other distinguishing marks, as well as the domains listed in the section “CESCE WEBSITES” are the sole property of CESCE and are covered by industrial property rights exclusive to CESCE, and it may not be construed that access to the Portal grants any rights over the same.
Furthermore, in accordance with the current legislation, the User must refrain from: (i) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the contents of the Websites, except with previous written authorisation from CESCE, (ii) Reproducing or copying even for private use the Contents included in the Websites or in the Database in accordance with the current legislation on intellectual property, as well as refraining from its public communication or making it available to third parties when these actions necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party, (iii) Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial or non-substantial part of the content making up the Portal as well as the structure and contents of the databases made available to the User.
CESCE reserves all the rights to reproduction, modification, distribution, adaptation, translation, public communication, maintenance, error correction, assignment, sale, rental, lending and/or any other intellectual or industrial property right that it may be entitled to in relation to the content of the Websites. Any exercise of the above rights, irrespective of the means or form in which it happens, requires the previous written consent of CESCE.
In no case will CESCE be liable for possible infractions in matters of intellectual and industrial property committed by Users of the Websites..
CONTENTS OF THE WEBSITES
CESCE reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify access to the Websites, as well as to any of the contents or services offered there and to the other elements making up its website, without the need for prior notice.
CESCE has a group of professionals responsible for updating and reviewing the veracity and integrity of the information content displayed on the Websites at the disposal of the users. Nevertheless, given the nature of the medium and the possible risks of interruption of the service, alteration to the access or of the contents of the Websites by third parties, CESCE accepts no liability for what may arise from the contents that appear on their Website.
Furthermore, the information in the CESCE Country Risk database and in its source files, as well as other information and contents of the Websites is obtained by CESCE from authoritative and rigorous information sources whose data is assumed to be correct. Although said data is subject to assessment and comment by CESCE expert professionals, its suitability for use for a specific purpose is not guaranteed.
Additionally, given the immense quantity of information and the circumstances by which the data is obtained from third party sources not under the control of CESCE, the latter assumes no liability for the opinions, assessments or comments, nor for possible errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the information contained in the CESCE Country Risk database and in the other services and, in particular, CESCE shall not respond to any damage and/or injury, whatever its nature, that may arise for the User for having trusted the accuracy of the information contained in the Websites.
To these effects, the User, just by accessing and using the Websites, declares they are aware and expressly assumes that the information contained in the CESCE Country Risk database and in the other contents of the Websites is an additional element among the diverse elements that an orderly business diligence would advise be taken into account previous to the adoption of business decisions, which the User may freely decide to take into consideration or not.
DATA COLLECTION FORMS
The access and consultation of particular information contained in the Websites may be conditional on the filling out of the corresponding form.
All the information provided by the User via the forms on the Websites or via any other route must be true and accurate, the User guaranteeing the authenticity of all data supplied and to keep the information perfectly up to date so that it always represents the actual situation, the User being solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements that they make and for the full damages or injuries that this may cause.

For any legal disputes stemming from the existence, access, use or content of the Websites, both the User and CESCE, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, subject themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Tribunals of Madrid (capital).
